Data controller

Data collected
Account and profile, properties and rentals, documents you import or keep (document vault, holiday rental check-in reports, anchored documents), notes and reminders, conversations with the Oscar assistant (AI, consent required before each activation), audit log.
Never collected: bank details in clear, health data, biometric data, continuous precise geolocation.
Hosting and technical subprocessing
Your data is hosted and processed on infrastructure that meets European data protection requirements. Some of our technical providers (database hosting, sending emails, intelligent assistance) may be located outside the European Union; in that case, the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognised by the GDPR. The detailed list of our subprocessors, their role and their location is available on request to OSCAR account holders, via the dedicated form in their account (“Mes données” (My data) section).
OSCAR's technical team does not access your data in the normal course of the service. Technical access exists at infrastructure level (database administration); it is only used for technical support (at your request, or to resolve an incident affecting your account) or to comply with a legal obligation (a request from a judicial or administrative authority), and is always limited to what is strictly necessary.
No data is sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
Retention periods
- Documents: 10 years
- Payments: 10 years
- Audit log: 5 years
- Holiday rental check-in reports kept in the vault: 6 months, then automatic deletion (email reminder 15 days before)
Minors
Independent use of OSCAR (creating an account, accepting the terms of use, electronic signature) is reserved for adults and emancipated minors.
Cookies and trackers
This website and the application do not use any cookie or local storage for audience measurement or advertising. Full details: Cookie policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR: right of access, rectification, erasure and portability. Current situation: the right of access is automated for most of your data (profile, properties, documents, consents); if you are an owner, the full management history of your properties remains available directly in the application rather than in this export. To exercise your rights, contact us at programneufs@gmail.com; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of the European Union country where you live or work.
