Which countries does OSCAR work in?

Everywhere for the free tools. For landlords, OSCAR covers France, mainland and overseas, including French lease templates and tax tools (French Polynesia follows its own rental law: no lease drafting there). In Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Canada, Monaco and other countries, you get the document vault, reminders, inventories, blockchain proofs and the assistant; OSCAR does not draft leases there, you upload your signed lease.

What does the Bitcoin blockchain prove?

That a file existed on a given date and has not been changed since. It is a piece of dated evidence; a judge, an insurer or the other party assess it freely.

How much does it cost?
