How it works
- The generated document is sent for signature from your workspace.
- Each signatory types their name and draws their signature on the screen.
- OSCAR records the document's fingerprint, the signature and a server timestamp.
- Once all the signatures are collected, the document is locked — it can no longer be changed.
What legal value?
