Do I need to enter a credit card to start?
No. Your first property is free for 1 year, with no credit card.
What happens after the first year on my first property?
OSCAR switches automatically to €5/month for that property, with nothing for you to do.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no commitment, and each property can be cancelled on its own.
Is there any difference in features between free and paid?
None, with one exception: the document allowance (30 per property when free, unlimited when paid). All other features are identical.
Does referring someone extend the free period?
Yes. By referring another landlord, you can extend the free period of your first property — up to 3 rewarded referrals, 12 months free each.
Does the price depend on the size of my portfolio?
No. Every property costs the same, whether you manage one or several.
Is OSCAR available in English?
The free tools (holiday rental inventory, document anchoring and verification) work in English and 7 other languages. The full OSCAR workspace for landlords is in French for now; other languages are in preparation.
